The foundation of Lee Technologies’ modular solutions is the IT Module and facility Support Modules. We have designed both modules to work together as a complete, standalone data center or separately. This enables a wide range of flexibility and customization to meet unique build out requirements. Our Flexible Solutions offering provides four encompassing options.
Partially Modular:This approach moves the electrical and mechanical support systems, typically housed in the facility, outside of the facility freeing up business-driving, revenue-generating raised floor space. In addition, Lee Technologies’ prefabricated Support Modules dramatically increase for speed to market and preserve capital.Additional modules may be added on the fly, without interruption, to increase capacity or redundancy (a typical Support Module can be delivered in 12-14 weeks).
Fully Modular: For those looking to build on a highly granular as-needed basis, our fully modular option works best. This solution uses both our IT Modules and Support Modules to build a totally modular data center that can be situated in variety of environments – outdoor enclosure, tilt-up construction or warehouse space.This scenario requires substantially less capital and eliminates the construction costs required to build typical raised floor space.If energy efficiency or “being green” is a goal, we believe that the smartest approach is to keep designs simple.Furthermore, our IT Modules use outside air as the primary cooling source, further enhancing its efficiency.
Hybrid: Not all IT systems can be rack mounted.Nor do containerized IT modules meet all needs.As a design build specialist, Lee Technologies can easily create a customized space to accommodate all needs with complete flexibility. This “Hybrid” approach can incorporate a combination of Support Modules, IT Modules and raised floor—unique options to meet unique needs.
Typical Space:For those clients who prefer more traditional space. Lee Technologies excels in designing and building typical raised floor environments. Our unique approach continues to deliver a competitive edge to our clients with speed to market (6-7 months), a vendor neutral approach, and a guaranteed low cost per kW.
