Methodology
Ensuring timely, efficient, measureable solutions
No matter where you are in the data center lifecycle, using traditional methods to address your challenges can be extremely difficult, costly and time-consuming. Finding a high quality experienced team of partners and having to manage them all—can be overwhelming. Worrying about 24/7 staffing and operating your data center is another major challenge, distracting you from your core business.
Lee Technologies has a unique, proven methodology that eliminates the risks, expense and headaches associated with traditional approaches. Our methods deliver best-in-class data center solutions that result in more value, greater efficiencies and less costly facilities. At every stage of the data center lifecycle, we employ systematic processes and procedures to ensure our solutions are timely, efficient and measureable.
Faster, More Efficient Design-Build Process
Easily repeated and deployed across multiple sites and locations, our proven methodology significantly shortens the timeframe to completion. Traditional construction methodologies require elongated processes for design, design approval and bid processes before construction starts. The result is a project time line of 12—18 months. In contrast, Lee Technologies completes the process in a much shorter timeframe. It takes us 30 days or less to complete the design concept, and we complete builds in as little as six months.
More Reliable Operations and Maintenance
Business-critical environments have special requirements that are not adequately addressed by traditional facility maintenance programs. Lee Technologies’ best-in-class data center operations programs are based on a proven, structured methodology that ensures operational continuity, 100% uptime and full accountability. Our critical facility operations include extensive and thorough processes, procedures and standards in the following areas:
- Personnel management
- Training
- Documentation
- Processes and procedures
- Quality systems
- Specialized support systems
During the harrowing day of and following the attack on the Pentagon September 11, 2001, many groups were responsible for providing and maintaining a stable environment for personnel at IT equipment within the NISA Network Operations area of responsibility. Lee Technologies shared in that effort…Throughout all this…activity, no service was lost to any mission critical area under the NISA Facilities Team oversight. Lee Technologies played a key part in that effort and was and still is instrumental in resilience of the network. For that I commend the tireless efforts of the Lee Technologies employees that have been and are currently assigned to the Pentagon.
