Lee Technologies encourages a spirit of volunteerism and financial responsibility toward charities and educational institutions. Our employees contribute their time, effort and financial support through a variety of programs:
Matching Gift Program
The Matching Gift Program encourages individual employees to financially support the charity of their choice. The company will match any employee's gifts greater than $250.00, up to an annual aggregate of $500.00 per employee, to qualified charities and educational institutions in the United States.
Making a Difference Program
The Making a Difference Program encourages individual employees to donate their time to the charity of their choice. For each ten hours of time an employee volunteers to a charitable and/or educational institution, Lee Technologies will grant the institution $250.00, up to an annual aggregate of $500.00 per employee, to qualified charities and educational institutions in the United States.
Commitment to Community Program
With the Commitment to Community Program, employees may volunteer one-half day each month, during normal business hours, at the approved charity or educational institution of their choice and receive full pay from Lee Technologies for their time. Under the Lee Technologies' program, charitable organizations are non-profit (501-C3) or community service groups that rely on volunteer help to meet their objectives.
