 Daniel F. Gillis

From 1997 until 2001 Mr. Gillis served as Chief Executive Officer of SAGA Systems, a NYSE traded enterprise software company with over $250 million in revenue and 1000 employees. Prior to joining SAGA Systems, Mr. Gillis was Executive Vice President of Falcon MicroSystems an interactive equipment company serving the Federal Government market. He also served as a member of the NYSE Listed Companies Advisory Board from 1999 until 2001 when SAGA Systems was acquired by a German corporation.
Mr. Gillis has served on several company boards and is presently a director at SciQuest, a public company serving the automated procurement market and EPS, an engineering services company in the Federal Government market.
In 1999, Mr. Gillis was selected as an Ernst & Young Software Entrepreneur of the Year. Mr. Gillis is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
